These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By submitting any information required as part of their participation in the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1.  The promotion is open to Sainsbury’s shoppers who are residents of the UK, (England, Scotland, Wales excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over only. 

2.  Anyone professionally connected with this promotion is not eligible to enter the promotion. 

3.  Purchase required. Please retain original winning ‘Andrex Nectar Ticket’, the original winning Nectar ticket that can be found in the cardboard core of the winning Andrex Ultimate Quilts MEGA roll and receipt as proof of purchase as they will be required for the claim process.

4.  Proof of eligibility may be required.

5.   Email address required for claim process. Nectar membership required to claim prize.

 

Promotional Period

6.  This Andrex ‘FIND A NECTAR TICKET’ promotion opens on 15.01.25 and closes on 04.02.25 or when promotional stocks are exhausted in Sainsburys supermarkets. 

7.  Due to the nature of the promotion (i.e. which involves finding winning Andrex Ultimate Quilts MEGA rolls which are limited in number), and the independent random distribution of these special winning Nectar tickets, most or even all the 20 winning Nectar tickets may be won before the end of the promotional period. 

 

How to Enter

8.  To enter, participants must purchase a promotional ‘FIND A NECTAR TICKET’ Andrex Ultimate Quilts MEGA 9 roll pack from participating stores across Sainsbury’s supermarkets. Products are subject to stock availability and excludes Locals. Retain receipt.  

9.  Winners will find out instantly if they have won by finding a special ticket in an Andrex Ultimate Quilts MEGA 9 roll cardboard core inside promotional packs. The winning Nectar tickets include claim instructions and a unique winner’s claim code. Counterfeit winning Nectar tickets will not be entertained. 

10. Winning Nectar tickets have been inserted into randomly selected Andrex Ultimate Quilts MEGA 9 roll cardboard cores for distribution at random to Sainsbury’s supermarket stores, excludes Local stores.

11. The randomisation and seeding process has been carried out by an independently verified process and through an independent auditor.

 

The Prize

12. There are 20 prizes available to be won throughout the promotional period. Each prize is the equivalent of at least £500 which will be transferred to the winner’s Nectar account as 100,000 Nectar points after successful verification. Max. of 1 prize per person. 

13.  If your purchased promotional pack does not include a winning Nectar ticket, then unfortunately you are not a winner. 

 

Winner Verification

14. During the promotion, winners will find out instantly on opening the pack if they have won by finding a winning Nectar ticket. The winning Nectar ticket must be retained, as well as the proof of purchase.  The winning Nectar ticket can be kept after verification.  

15. Winners should follow the claim instructions shown on the winning Nectar ticket, emailing a photo of their ticket clearly showing their unique winner’s claim code, along with a photo of their receipt, their full name, and Nectar number to the email address provided.  

16. Winners must claim their prize by 04.05.25, failing which they will forfeit their prize.  

17. Prize redemption will be subject to a full verification process by an independent third party. The Promoter shall be entitled to disregard any invalid, incomplete, un-substantiated, fraudulent entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and to disqualify the entrant from the promotion. Winners may be required to securely provide the Promoter with their full address and proof of ID and the physical winning Nectar ticket and/or receipt for additional validation purposes. 

18. If a selected winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules/Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery. 

 

Prize Fulfilment

19. On verification of the prize redemption being valid, the winner will be contacted by the Promoter’s agent by email to confirm prize win.  

20. The prize will be transferred to the winner’s Nectar account within 20    working days of the winning entry being verified by the Promoter. A current valid Nectar account will be required to receive the prize.  

 

General

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control. 

22. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry and/or disqualify an entrant or a winner.  

23. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. 

24. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any Nectar ticket, proof of purchase, or prize redemption documentation that is lost, damaged, mislaid or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants. 

25. Prizes are non-transferable and must be transferred to the winners Nectar account. Nectar membership is free, and an account can be set up via the website https://www.nectar.com/id/start/nectar-card-check. No alternative to a prize will be offered, except when the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original or vary these Terms and Conditions due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

26. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, or in cases of fraud, abuse and/or error (human or compute) that affects or could affect the proper operation of the promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only when the circumstances are unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time but will always endeavour to minimize the impact on the participant in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

27. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct audits on all entries and winners, refuse a prize, withdraw an award or to refuse further participation into the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of these Terms and Conditions, an entrant had an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or where or an entrant has won by fraudulent means.  

28. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions. 

29. Winners may be asked if they consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration. They are not obliged to do so.

30. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:- 

a. Any incorrect or inaccurate winner’s code entry; 

b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of winner’s codes at any point in the operation of this promotion; 

c. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion; 

d. Insofar as permitted by law, any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. 

31. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose. 

32. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion. 

33. A list of winners’ surnames and date of claim will be available by emailing [email protected] within 3 months of the promotion closing.  The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing [email protected]. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. 

34. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 

35. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter excludes any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion.   

36. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
